Complaints policy

 

Dr Green aims to provide the best care possible for her patients. However, should you feel this has not been the case, then you are encouraged to contact the clinic so we are made aware as soon as possible. We promise to listen to your complaint and work with you to reach the best outcome.

How do I make a complaint?

Please contact us via email: hello@thegreenmenopauseclinic.co.uk, explaining exactly why you are concerned. Please provide as much detail as possible.

What will happen?

We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within seven days. Dr Green will discuss the complaint with the CQC Registered Manager at Wilmslow Health Centre. We aim to respond in writing within three weeks.

 

What could happen next?

We do hope that you are satisfied with our response, but if you remain unhappy about your treatment, or are concerned about the standard of care offered by the clinic, you can take your complaint further, to the GMC:
